Family Martial Arts

Train Together. Grow Together.

At Grand Master Han's, parents and kids train in the same class, on the same mat, at the same time. It's one schedule for the whole family, and a bond that lasts through every age and stage.

Why it matters

Staying connected is getting harder

In this day and age, it's harder and harder for parents and kids to relate to one another. Schedules pull families in different directions, and by the teenage years many families feel disconnected. Training martial arts together gives you something to share: the same goals, the same challenges, and the same wins.

The family advantage

Why families train with us

One class, one schedule

No more driving one child to practice while everyone else waits. The whole family trains in the same class, which makes it extremely convenient.

A real bonding experience

You learn together, sweat together, and cheer each other on at every belt test. Those shared moments become family memories.

Open lines of communication

Training side by side gives you and your kids something to talk about, and keeps the conversation going, even through the teenage years.

A community that shares your values

Your kids are surrounded by instructors and families who stand for the same biblical values you teach at home. That community can influence your kids, even when you can't.

Our story

It kept our family connected

Doing martial arts together has allowed my wife and I to stay connected with our girls, even through their teenage years, when most families feel disconnected.

It opened up incredible lines of communication and common ground, and it gave our daughters a community of people who share our values. It was one of our greatest decisions as parents!
