Strong. Focused. Unshakeable.
The teenage years bring real pressure. Martial arts gives teens real confidence, practical self defense, and a community of people who share good values.
Built for the teenage years
Real skills and a positive community, built on six biblical training principles.
Real confidence
Confidence that comes from doing hard things, not from what others think.
Practical self defense
Skills and awareness that help teens handle themselves and stay safe.
A positive community
Instructors and training partners who stand for the same values you teach at home, and who can influence your teen when you can't.
Goals & achievement
Belt tests, tournaments, and the path to black belt give teens goals to work toward and reach.
Fitness & stress relief
A healthy outlet that builds strength and helps clear the mind after a long school day.
Character that holds up
Lessons in respect, bravery, and self-control that prepare teens for adult life.

Stay connected through the teen years
Parents can train in the same class as their teens. It's one of the best ways we know to stay close when most families feel disconnected.
Questions teens and parents ask
My teen has never done martial arts. Is it too late to start?
Not at all. Teens start as beginners all the time, and instructors teach each technique step by step.
Will my teen spar?
Sparring is part of training, and students learn it step by step with proper sparring gear. Ask your school how it works at their rank.
What should they wear to the free trial?
Comfortable athletic clothes they can move and stretch in. No uniform is needed for the trial lesson.
Can I train with my teen?
Yes. Many of our classes are open to all ranks, so parents and teens can train together.
