Black Belt Instructor

James brings a lifetime of martial arts knowledge to every class he teaches. He is a patient, encouraging instructor who loves watching his students grow, and teaching is truly a family affair for him: he leads class alongside his daughter, Dara, and his grandson, Gabe.

2nd Degree Red Belt

Dara is a committed instructor who finds great joy in watching students reach their full potential. She knows the value of training as a family firsthand, because she trains right alongside her son, Gabe.
